This Spring, it has been very rewarding to see the work that Todd Team Coaching has done showing up in concentration. I’m referring to the work we’ve done with intercollegiate golf on the west coast. More specifically, women’s golf coaches and their teams.

For example, the leader of the pack is Nancy McDaniel, Head Coach, at Cal, Berkeley. She has put many of her teams in our Building a Championship Team (BCT) workshops and has participated in our Coaching Excellence Camp (CEC) as well.

Anne Walker, first year Head Coach at Stanford University was in several workshops as a player and an assistant coach at Cal, Berkeley. This fall we had the privilege of supporting her efforts with a Todd Team Coaching BCT workshop.

Ria Scott, Head Coach at the University of Oregon followed suit with a BCT workshop for her team after she also had the experience as a player at Cal.

Sarah Huarte, University of San Francisco coach and Anna Temple at UC, Davis had similar experiences as players at Cal and Anna as an Assistant Coach as well.

Mary Lou Mulflur, the Dean of PAC 12 coaches, has done the Coaching Excellence Camp and had her team in one of our BCT workshops.

We’re very pleased to have been part of the coaching experience with these great team leaders, and can’t wait to work with more coaches in the future.

Look out for this group on the NCAA tour! Fore!
