The person accountable for the results produced in any endeavor has more to say about those results than anyone else. Therefore, the question is, ’who’ coaches the Head Coach, CEO, entrepreneur, vice president, manager, etc.? Oh, I forgot. The leader is supposed to have all the answers.

How do you create a coaching relationship? How do you impact your results or those of someone else? What limits your leadership effectiveness? What is the key to effective leadership? In the Executive Coaching Program you will find the answers to these questions and much more by actually being coached.

In addition, your actions will be aligned with your commitments through continual feedback from your coach. You will become a master at transforming problems into possibilities. In other words, rather than finding a solution you will take your performance to a level that transcends the problem. Remember, no great performer ever got there without a coach.

Building A Championship Organization

Pre-requisite: None | Course Length: 2 Days

This two-day workshop has many benefits, but perhaps the foremost is the foundation for effective communication the team will have. That foundation includes coach-to-coach, coach-to-player and player-to-player.

Complaints, issues and problems are dispatched speedily and with relative ease. Precise actions are taken based on aligned commitments.

This two-day experience is designed to train organizational executives and leaders to coach their people rather than ’manage’ them. The clearer coaches are about themselves, the more attention they can put on each employee and the team.

Coaching people is an art and, as in most artistic practices, developed over time. In the Advanced Manager as Coach you will expand you capacity to impact the performance of others.

In addition, you will experience what is possible when coaching excellence is the norm. Extraordinary coaching relationships are created and you will have the tools to do just that.

Master’s Course

Pre-requisite: MAC | Course Length: 2 Days

This course is designed for those who are not only committed to their own coaching abilities, but to the training of others to coach. In addition, you will be provided new ways to distinguish the source of people’s behavior.

Adding depth to your own self-awareness is critical. This development is a promise of the course. In addition, you will experience ease in moving through the problems, issues and concerns of the people you coach as well as those personal to you.
